This piece was made using one our newest techniques, we use a very hard marble as a base but the marble doesn’t have much character, so we are painting it to match the animal we are carving. It is still all done by hand, but we are now able to make more realistic pieces to match whats in nature.This piece is very popular in the mountain regions all over the U.S., it is about 2 inches tall and weighs under a pound.
